Payments are processed securely through third-party processors (such as Stripe and Venmo, where applicable).
Firm AF does not store or have access to your full credit/debit card number or full payment credentials.

C. Saved Payment Details

If you choose to save a card on file through Walla:

  • Your payment method is securely tokenized and stored by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

  • Firm AF and Sonny Thai Wellness LLC can only view limited payment details (example: last four digits and expiration date).

You may update or remove your saved payment method anytime through your Walla account, or by contacting us at info@firmaf.studio.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and/or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

2. Studio Participation

All participants acknowledge that fitness classes involve physical activity and assume full responsibility for their participation.

All required waivers, releases, and membership/class purchase agreements must be signed prior to participation and are signed and stored through Walla.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sonny Thai Wellness LLC and Firm AF are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in any class, program, event, or session, whether in person or online.

3. AF Memberships, AF Class Packs & AF Passes

  • All memberships, class packs, and passes are managed through Walla.

  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Payments may also be accepted via Venmo (where available).

  • Saved Payment Methods – By choosing to save your card in Walla, you authorize Sonny Thai Wellness LLC (d/b/a Firm AF) to charge the stored payment method for recurring memberships, renewals, or other authorized purchases.

  • You may manage, update, or remove your saved card at any time through your Walla account.

  • Refunds, cancellations, and membership changes follow the terms outlined in your membership or class purchase agreement within Walla. Refunds for Venmo payments will be processed back through Venmo.

4. Intellectual Property

All Firm AF branding and content, including our name, logo, imagery, designs, and website materials, are the property of Sonny Thai Wellness LLC, unless otherwise stated.

Reproduction, redistribution, or use of any Firm AF intellectual property without written permission is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Participation in any classes, programs, or events is voluntary.

You acknowledge that Firm AF and Sonny Thai Wellness LLC are not responsible for injury, loss, or damages, except were prohibited by law.

6. Modifications
